Cancellation Policy
As a small business, I ask that any changes to your service/appointment please be made a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time.
A no show of your service/appointment will require a payment of 50% of the service be made before another appointment will be scheduled.
A cancellation of less than 24 hours before your service/appointment will require 25% of the service to be made before another appointment will be scheduled.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in a reschedule. This is to ensure your service will not be lessened in quality.
All situations will be assessed, as I understand that life happens and some things are out of our control. However, this is to insure that everyone’s time is respected.
